Joey Leto is a Paramedic with Piedmont Medical Center EMS. He is also a BMX racer in the community. He and Piedmont EMS Director, Chris Mauney joined WRHI Radio to share how EMS works to provide first aid to riders at the Rock Hill Supercross BMX Track.
