National Breast Cancer Support Program Grows at PMC

Rock Hill, SC – Piedmont Medical Center is proud to continue offering the Look Good Feel Better group program.


Look Good Feel Better is available in every state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. It is a free, non-medical, brand-neutral national public service program created to help individuals with cancer look good, improve their self-esteem, and thereby manager their treatment and recovery with greater confidence.

Registration for the October session of Look Good Feel Better at PMC has seen increased enrollment.  Through collaboration with the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Inc., and the Professional Beauty Association | National Cosmetology Association, Look Good Feel Better is able to provide:

  • Patient education through group workshops (like the ones at PMC);
  • Free program materials including patient guides and brochures; and,
  • Free makeup kits for each patient participating in a group workshop

Please join us as we celebrate our participants on their journey to survivorship.

Piedmont provides emergency services in our newly expanded Emergency Department, an accredited cancer program, endoscopy, a bariatric medicine program, women’s services in The Women’s Center, orthopaedics, neurosurgery and psychiatric services. The medical center has several outpatient facilities, including diagnostic services, Sleep Center and Wound Care Center.  Piedmont is affiliated with Piedmont Physician Network, a network of primary and sub-specialty physician practices (www.pmcphysiciannetwork.com).
