Staci Taylor named Market Chief Human Resources Officer for Piedmont Medical Center

Piedmont Medical Center is proud to announce Staci Taylor, MHRM, PHR, as its Market Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Talyor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations which include attracting, developing, and retaining employees across the Piedmont market. She is also responsible for employee training, payroll, benefits, and developing strategic plans with hospital leadership to bring in new talent that align with Piedmont Medical Center’s goals and initiatives.

With more than 25 years of experience in progressive executive leadership, Taylor most recently served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Tenet Saint Francis Health Care in Tennessee. In this role, Taylor successfully led multiple action plans to drive sustainable engagement and culture change across multiple campuses. She also led the implantation of HRIS conversion to Oracle, which resulted in increased capabilities for data analytics and provided access to personal information for leaders and employees. Throughout Taylor’s career, she was also the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Providence Health Care, which has the largest healthcare system in Eastern Washington. 

Taylor earned her master’s in human resources management from the University of Phoenix. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Eastern Washington University. Taylor is a member of several boards, including the National Association of Workforce Board, Next Generation Zone, Career Connected Learning Council, and many more.
