Bradley S. Talbert, FACHE
Bradley S. (Brad) Talbert, FACHE, joined Piedmont Medical Center in June, 2016. He previously served as the CEO for Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, SC, where he led the hospital to two Circle of Excellence recognition awards within Tenet Health, which is Tenet’s highest recognition for hospitals that have demonstrated exceptional performance in Quality, Satisfaction, and Operations. Brad has more than 15 years of hospital executive leadership and management experience at hospitals in South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, board-certified in healthcare management, and received the 2014 ACHE Regent's Early Career Healthcare Executive Award for South Carolina. He was also recognized by Governor Nikki Haley and the SC Department of Commerce as the 2015 Economic Ambassador for Jasper County, SC. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, and a master's degree in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Riley joined Piedmont Medical Center as Chief Operating Officer in November 2016. His healthcare career started in 1992 as an Emergency Department Nurse after a 15 year career in law enforcement with the New York City Police Department. In addition to serving as a bedside nurse, Jim has held various leadership and management positions throughout his career. Jim holds a nursing degree from Catholic Medical College, a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Touro University International.
Chief Financial Officer
Alice Rigdon joined Piedmont Medical Center in April 2014. She previously served as Director of Outpatient Strategy & Development for Tenet’s Outpatient Services Division. Prior to joining Tenet Alice worked for McKinsey & Company, Deloitte Consulting, and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, LLP. Alice earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Furman University and completed her master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chief Nursing Officer
Trish Feilmeier joined Piedmont Medical Center in August 2016. Before coming to Piedmont Medical Center, Trish served as the CNO of Atlanta Medical Center’s two hospital campus in Georgia. Prior to her time in Atlanta, Trish served as the CNO at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kansas for seven years and spent 15 years with Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, in various leadership roles.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Elizabeth Elich comes to PMC from Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina. While there, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2006. She has worked as a Critical Care Staff Nurse and Critical Care Instructor. She has also served as a Director of Clinical Affiliations, Nursing and Allied Health Recruitment. She earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelors in Nursing from Indiana University.
Vice President of Business Development
Todd Sigmon, MHA, FACHE
Todd Sigmon joined Piedmont Medical Center in August 2016. Prior to joining Piedmont, Todd served as the Market Director of Business Development at one of our sister hospitals, Saint Francis Healthcare in Memphis, TN. He brings with him over 18 years of progressive leadership experience across several healthcare facilities including Northeast Georgia Health System, East Texas Medical Center, Duke Raleigh Hospital, and MUSC. He has a proven track record of program development, operations, fiscal management, and physician, patient and community relations.
Vice President of External Affairs
Amy Faulkenberry joined Piedmont Medical Center in December 2012, bringing with her a wealth of experience in marketing and an in-depth knowledge of our community. She previously worked in pharmaceutical sales for Pfizer, Astra Merck, and Johnson & Johnson, and has previously served as Director of Marketing & Public Relations and Vice President of Business Development here at PMC. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management & Marketing and is completing her MBA at the University of South Carolina.
