Health Screenings

Cardiac Age, Heart Health Risk Assessment

WHEN: The third Thursday of any month, 7:30 am – 10:30 am
WHERE: Piedmont Medical Center Resource Center, Women's Tower, 222 S Herlong Avenue, Rock Hill, SC 29732
COST: FREE!

As a part of our Focus on the Heart® initiative, we have new screening technologies that allow us to assess your risk for heart disease by determining your “cardiac age” – a number that may be years away from your chronological age. Our screening includes a check of blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), blood sugar, a complete lipid profile (including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides) for FREE! See how your cardiac age measures up.

Please, no food or drink after midnight on the day of your screening. We will be unable to screen those who have not fasted.

In addition, you can have the advanced screening, which includes a 12-lead EKG for $39.95, that will be interpreted by a board-certified cardiologist. You will also receive a Pocket EKG card to keep in your wallet in case of emergencies.

Scholarships may be available to at-risk women who cannot afford the fee through The Heart2Heart Foundation.

REGISTRATION: Call 803-329-1234 and choose Option 2 to register, or simply come by the third Thursday morning of each month. Bring a friend!
