What if I forget my password?
Click on "Forgot My Password." Enter your e-mail address and then answer the security question you set up when you created your profile. Your password will be e-mailed to you shortly. Our Human Resources staff is not able to provide you with your password.
How do I apply for a job? Where do I find a list of job vacancies?
Piedmont Medical Center accepts online applications only. When you click on Search and apply for a specific job or career opportunities, you can search by keywords, shifts or function to find the vacancies that best match your qualifications or interests. Please note that submitting a profile is not the same thing as completing an application. To expedite the processing of your information, please complete an online application for each position for which you would like to be considered.
You are also welcome to apply using the online application center in our Human Resources building at 1731 Frank Gaston Blvd. We accept applications from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. We look forward to receiving your online application.
What if my computer at home doesn’t work, I'm having trouble submitting my online application or if can't get into my application?
We have an online application center in our Human Resources building at 1731 Frank Gaston Blvd. You are welcome to come by and apply here and one of our staff can help you access the system. If you need assistance reading through the application process or operating a computer, please bring someone with you to help you enter your profile and application correctly.
Is my application still on file?
Your online application will stay active for 90 days. You may update your application at any time within that 90-day period by entering the username (your e-mail address) and password you used when you first set up your profile.
When will I get a call from you for an interview?Can I call to arrange an interview?
Although you may have relevant qualifications for the position for which you applied, you may not receive an invitation for an interview. However, you may log in to your profile and check the status of each position for which you have applied. Piedmont Medical Center receives more than 1,000 applications each month. Our applicant tracking system assists us in choosing the most qualified applicant for each posted opening. By completing your application as thoroughly and accurately as possible, you increase the chance that a Piedmont recruiter will contact you.
My application is expiring; can you update it for me?
We cannot update your application for you. Please log in and update your existing profile/application with any additional information that might be relevant to your obtaining a position. Be sure to select the new position that interests you.
